Summer will soon be upon us and so is the need for cute poolside treats. They cookies are easy to make, cute and yummy.

Ingredients

• 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
• 1 1/2 c. candy melts, milk chocolate or almond bark, various colors
• decorative sprinkles or candy
• pastry bag fitted with a decorating tip made for writing (like a #3 round tip)

Steps

1. Place the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl; melt in the microwave for 30 seconds; stir. Continue melting the candy in 10 second increments, stirring after each increment, until smooth.
2. Transfer the melted candy to a pastry bag fitted with the decorating tip.
3. Pipe the chocolate onto each cookie to resemble the thong of a flip flop. Place a sprinkle flower or other edible decor into the middle of the piped straps.
