Oreo cookie lovers will love this creamy, smooth cookie cake. It's a five star dessert that's super easy, rich and surprisingly good.
Ingredients
20 oz. package Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
1/2 c. butter
16 oz. container Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. milk
3.5 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix

Crush the cookies into bite size pieces; reserve 1 c. to use later for the toppiong.
Melt the butter; mix with the crushed cookies; press into a buttered 9x13 pan. Freeze for 5 minutes.
Blend half of the Cool Whip, all of the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over the crust. Place cake back into the freezer.
Prepare the instant pudding with the milk according to package directions; spread over the top of cake. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of the pudding; sprinkle on the reserved crushed cookies.
Serve.
