Oreo cookie lovers will love this creamy, smooth cookie cake. It's a five star dessert that's super easy, rich and surprisingly good.

Ingredients

• 20 oz. package Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1/2 c. butter
• 16 oz. container Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 2 c. milk
• 3.5 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix

Steps

1. Crush the cookies into bite size pieces; reserve 1 c. to use later for the toppiong.
2. Melt the butter; mix with the crushed cookies; press into a buttered 9x13 pan. Freeze for 5 minutes.
3. Blend half of the Cool Whip, all of the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over the crust. Place cake back into the freezer.
