Ingredients

• 1 c. crushed ice
• 3 oz. pineapple juice
• 2 oz. white or coconut rum
• 1 oz. blue Curaçao liquor
• 1 oz. canned coconut cream
• 1 oz. vodka
• fresh pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, whipped cream, for garnish

Steps

1. To a blender, add the crushed ice, pineapple juice, white rum, blue Curaçao liquor, coconut cream, and vodka.
2. Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Pour into a chilled Hurricane glass, Poco grande glass, or highball glass.
