Dreaming of the beautiful, blue Hawaiian ocean views? This adult cocktail almost takes you there in a matter of minutes with pineapple juice, rum, vodka, blue Curaçao liquor, and canned coconut cream.
Ingredients
1 c. crushed ice
3 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. white or coconut rum
1 oz. blue Curaçao liquor
1 oz. canned coconut cream
1 oz. vodka
fresh pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, whipped cream, for garnish

To a blender, add the crushed ice, pineapple juice, white rum, blue Curaçao liquor, coconut cream, and vodka.
Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into a chilled Hurricane glass, Poco grande glass, or highball glass.
Serve with a straw and garnished with a pineapple slice, maraschino cherry, whipped cream and a little cute umbrella.
Makes one 8 oz. adult cocktail.
