Description

This creamy dessert is fantastic when you want something sweet but don't want to turn on the oven. It's made with real cream, any flavor of Oreo cookies, cream cheese and marshmallows.

Ingredients

• 13 oz. Oreo cookies, any flavor
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. heavy cream
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 2 c. mini marshmallows

Steps

1. Place the Oreo cookies into a resealable plastic bag; break cookies up gently. Don't crush them completely because there should be a variation of sizes.
2. In a bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
3. Gradually pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the mixture is combined and forms stiff peaks, 3 to 4 minutes.
