Ingredients

• 3 oz. Prosecco
• 2 oz. Limoncello Liqueur (Il Tramonto Liqueur is great)
• 1 oz. soda water, club soda or unflavored sparkling water
• ice
• lemon slices and mint leaves, for optional garnish

Steps

1. Fill a glass half full with ice. Pour in the Prosecco, Limoncello Liqueur, and soda water.
2. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and mint leaves, if desired
3. Makes 1 adult cocktail.
