Description

Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 onion, chopped
4 potatoes, peeled and diced
16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. poultry seasoning
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
16 oz. - 8 count Pillsbury Grands Biscuits

Place all of the ingredients except for the biscuits in the crockpot. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Bake the biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet according to the package directions, about 12-16 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and shred; add it back into the crockpot; stir.

Serve warm, topping each serving with a biscuit.
