This super delicious dessert is a combination of strawberry cheesecake and strawberry shortcake. It has a surprise super creamy banana cheesecake filling and a little sliced strawberries to boot with a little dry yellow cake mix and pureed strawberries. F

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 1/2 cu. of graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cu. sugar
• 8 tbl. butter
• Cheesecake Filling:
• 6 oz. strawberries, pureed (about 1 cup of whole strawberries)
• 4 oz. banana, pureed (about 1 whole banana)
• 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cu. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 tbl. of dry yellow cake
• Streusel
• 1/2 cu. flour
• 1/2 cu. brown sugar
• 1/4 cup.dry yellow cake mix
• 4 tbl. butter
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. salt
