This martini is luke a dessert in a cocktail! It is a smooth, lemony cocktail which is creamy from the whipped vodka. Give your cocktail even more flavor by rimming it with crushed graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Pinnacle Cake Vodka
• 1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
• 1½ oz. DiSaronno Amaretto
• 3 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 1½ oz. simple syrup
• ice
• graham cracker crumbs, crushed

Steps

1. Rim 2 martini glasses with simple syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, vodkas, amaretto, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake to chill and combine. Pour into prepared martini glasses.
