Description
Use fresh or frozen fruit. graham crackers, and pudding to make these delightful popsicles.
Ingredients
- 8) 5-ounce Dixie Cups
- popsicle sticks
- 8 sheets graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 (small) packages cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- sliced strawberries and blueberries, washed (can be fresh or frozen)
Steps
- Crush graham crackers into small pieces, using a food processor, blender, rolling pin.
- Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter, and stir until mixed. Combine pudding mix and milk, whisking together until smooth.
- Put a spoonful of pudding mix in the bottom of the cups. Next, add a spoonful of graham crackers.
