2 lb. Pork Tenderloin
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 T. yellow mustard
2-3 T. maple syrup
2 T. olive oil
2 T. diced dried onions
1 1/2 t. Garlic Salt or Powder
Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
