Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely ground Biscoff cookies
- 6 T. room temperature unsalted butter
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 t. salt
- whipped cream
- chocolate shavings
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter and cookie crumbs with a fork. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate or tart pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and has browned a little.
