Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups finely ground Biscoff cookies
  • 6 T. room temperature unsalted butter
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate shavings

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter and cookie crumbs with a fork. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate or tart pan.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and has browned a little.
