This chicken dinner with mushrooms and ham is really easy to prepare and so tasty. It can be made in your oven, on your grill or even on a campfire. It makes for an easy cleanup too!
1-10 3/4 oz. can reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, or your choice of soup
1-1/4 c. water, divided
1- 6 oz. pkg. Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 lb.
6 slices Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 6 large heavy duty aluminum foil sheet with oil.
Combine soup and 1/4 cup water and stir. Combine stuffing mix and remaining water then spoon onto centers of oil.
Place chicken, ham, vegetables and soup in the middle of each sheet of foil. Fold foil to make 6 packets; place on a baking sheet with sides.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done. Poke holes or cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
This meal can also be made on a grill or a campfire.
