Get your chocolate fix with these chocolatey chocolate chip cookies. A person can never can never get enough chocolate, right?

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
• 1/2 t. vanilla
• 1 egg white
• 1 c. all-purpose flour
• 3 T. unsweetened baking cocoa
• 1/2 t. baking soda
• dash salt
• 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with mixer on medium speed until light and fluff. Beat in vanilla and egg white.
3. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, then stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, on ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
