Description

Hungry for cake but don't need a whole cake? Make this cake in a mug. It is decadent but easy and quick to make!

Ingredients

• 2 T. butter
• 2 T. peanut butter
• 1/2 t. vanilla
• 1 egg
• 2 T. sugar
• 2 T. flour
• 3 T. cocoa powder
• 1/8 t. salt
• 1/8 t. baking powder
• 3 T. chocolate chips
• Mousse:
• 1 T. softened cream cheese
• 1 T. peanut butter
• 1/2 t. vanilla
• 2 T. whipped cream or cool whip
• 1 T. powdered sugar

Steps

1. Melt butter in a small dish and then add the peanut butter, mix well.
2. In mug, mix the vanilla, egg, and sugar until well combined. Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder, add to mug. Pour in peanut butter/butter mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until desired doneness is reached, about 1 minute. Top with peanut butter pie mousse and hot fudge.
