Description

Make this trifle-like layered desert for those peanut butter and chocolate lovers out there. It is so easy, the kids will love helping.

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
• 1 c. all-purpose flour
• 1/2 c. unsalted cold butter
• 1 c. creamy peanut butter
• 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 c. heavy cream
• 1 T. granulated sugar
• 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
• 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
• 2 3/4 c. milk
• garnish:
• peanut butter kisses
• chocolate sprinkles

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine peanuts and flour and cut in butter; press out into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
3. Bake 20 minutes; set aside and cool completely. Put crust in fridge to chill further.
