Description
This warm, rich and creamy dip features garlic, artichoke heards, 2 differents cheeses, mayo and pimentos all mixed, heated and served on chips or Melba toasts or whatever you prefer. Make it for the holidays!
Ingredients
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 5 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1- 2 oz. jar pimientos, drained and diced
- 2 t. minced garlic
- pita chips or Melba toast, for dipping
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, stir together artichoke hearts, feta, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, pimientos and garlic until thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture to a small casserole or glass pie plate and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Serve with pita chips or Melba toast.
