2 quarts popped popcorn
12 oz. white candy melts
1½ t. peppermint oil
1½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 candy canes, crushed
In a double boiler, melt white candy melts, add peppermint oil, and stir. Toss the popcorn in a bowl with the melted white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle some of the crushed candy cane on top of the white chocolate-coated popcorn. Spread popcorn across a baking sheet.
In the double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle it on top of the white chocolate candy cane popcorn, sprinkle the remaining crushed candy cane on top and let the chocolate cool to harden.
