Description
These sweet cookies are soft and chewy and the perfect combo of flavors and textures. They become addictive very quickly!
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. salted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 t. pure vanilla extract
- 1 c. coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well, set aside.
- In a large bowl, use a mixer to blend sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix until it forms a grainy paste, scraping down the sides of the bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until fully combined.
