Strawberry Brownies
Description
This beautiful treat would be the perfect dessert for Valentine's Day, or any day for that matter. It's made from a strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil and sugar, so it is easy to make.
Ingredients
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. powdered sugar
½ -2 T. water or milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil with a hand mixer until well combined. Spread batter evenly into pan.
Bake 15 minutes or until just set; dol not overcook.
Let brownies cool for 10 minutes; lift carefully from pan using ends of parchment to lift.
Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and water until smooth. Pour glaze over brownies, spreading to edges so that glaze will drip down sides.
Let brownies cool and glaze set before cutting.
Serves 10-12.
