Description

This beautiful treat would be the perfect dessert for Valentine's Day, or any day for that matter. It's made from a strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil and sugar, so it is easy to make.

Ingredients

• 1 box strawberry cake mix
• 
2 eggs
• 
1/3 c. oil
• 
1 c. powdered sugar
• ½ -2 T. water or milk

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil with a hand mixer until well combined. Spread batter evenly into pan.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until just set; dol not overcook.
