Description
This salsa works well as an appetizer served with your favorite chips, in a salad or as a garnish for baked or grilled chicken. It is healthy, delicious and full of fresh flavor and ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1- 6.5 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, reserving 2 T. marinade
- ½ c. black olives, sliced
- ½ c. grape tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T. fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 T. capers
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
