This yummy dip is so simple and easy to make, it is hard to believe because it is so delicious. Make it in the microwave or in the crockpot for the best spinach salsa queso dip ever!
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 lb. reduced fat Velveeta cheese
8 oz. light cream cheese
12-16 oz. salsa, your favorite
chopped cilantro, optional
Cut Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Place all ingredients in a microwaveable-safe dish. Heat until cheese has melted. Stir to combine all ingredients.
OR
Place all ingredients in a crockpot lined with a crockpot liner for easy cleanup. Heat until cheese has melted, stirring occasionally to combine ingredients, about 1 hour on Low.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, chips of your choice or veggies.
