Bake these wonderful cookies for the ones that you love and make them happy!

Ingredients

• 1 c. butter
• 1- 1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• 2 c. flour
• 1 c. uncooked rolled oats
• 1/2 t. baking soda
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 c. white chocolate chips
• 1 c. chocolate chips , milk or dark
• 1 c. roughly chopped, toasted pecans

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Remove from the heat.
3. Add both sugars and stir until they are incorporated and smooth. Chill mixture for 10 minutes.
