Ingredients

• 1/2 c. Crisco
• 1/2 c. butter, salted, at room temperature
• 3/4 c. granulated sugar
• 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
• 2 large eggs
• 1 t. vanilla
• 2 1/4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
• 1 c. dried strawberry flavored craisins
• 1/2 c. dried cranberries

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a standing mixer, beat Crisco, butter and sugars until light and fluffy for about 10 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
3. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour and baking soda; whisk. Slowly add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
