Need a change from the traditional red sauce spaghetti? Try this white sauce with ground beef, onion, mushrooms and cream of chicken soup. It is filling and comforting. Pair it with your favorite pasta for a great, quick meal.
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 t. salt
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
egg noodles, bow tie pasta, spaghetti or your choice of pasta, cooked
Saute onion, butter, hamburger, garlic powder, pepper and salt in a skillet until brown. Add mushrooms and cream of chicken soup, stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over your favorite pasta.
