Description

This is a wonderfully moist, delicious cake. It is beautiful too and would be a great St. Patrick's Day or Easter dessert.

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box vanilla, white or yellow cake mix
• 3.4 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. oil
• 1 c. milk
• green food coloring, if desired
• Frosting:
• 3.4 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
• 1/2 c. milk
• 8oz. tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
• green food coloring, if desired
• chopped pistachios, for garnish, if desired

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix with instant pistachio pudding. Stir those together until combined.
3. Add in eggs, oil and milk. Stir just until combined. Stir in about 6 - 8 drops of green food coloring until fully incorporated.
