Make a healthy snack that you and the kids will love. These chips are delicious and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 washed apples, Honeycrisp, Granny Smith or Pink Lady are good
- 1 t. cinnamon
- sprinkles of granulated sugar, if desired
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a sharp knife or mandolin to slice the apples thinly. Discard the seeds.
- Arrange the apple slices on the baking sheet without overlapping the pieces. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, if using, over the apples.
