Use your slow cooker to transform ho hum potatoes into yummy potatoes with just a few ingredients. Serve them with your favorite meat main dish and a salad.
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 3 lb. red potatoes, chopped into small bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 T. Ranch Seasoning Salad Dressing Mix
- 2 1/2 T. freshly chopped chives
- non-stick cooking spray
- salt and pepper, to taste
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread bacon in a single layer onto the lined baking sheet. Place in oven; bake until brown and crispy, about 12-14 minutes. Cool before crumbling; set aside.
- Line a slow cooker with a slow cooker liner, then coat with non-stick cooking spray.
