Peanut Butter Banana Mousse
Description
Make this wonderful mousse with just 3 ingredients in a jiffy. Serve as a mousse or use as a pie filling in a prepared pie shell.
Ingredients
4 T. peanut butter
8 T. whipped cream plus more for garnish, if desired
4 bananas
chocolate or caramel sauce, optional
peanuts, optional

Mousse:
In a bowl, place the peanut butter and whipped cream, mix the ingredients.
Cut the banana into small slices.
In another bowl, place half of the bananas, half of the peanut butter mousse. Repeat with the rest of the bananas and peanut butter mousse.
If desired, drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce. Garnish with more whipped cream and peanuts.
