Description

With 3 ingredients and a little time you can have a wonderful, fresh dessert. It would be great anytime, but would make Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day more special.

Ingredients

• 3 lb. strawberries, sliced (each strawberry layer uses about 1 lb of sliced strawberries)
• 14.4 oz box Honey Graham Crackers
• 3 tubs of 8 oz. Cool Whip (each Cool Whip layer uses one whole tub (besides the first thin layer)

Steps

1. Spread a very thin layer of Cool Whip in a 9x13 pan or container just to coat the bottom.
2. Layer 5 graham crackers across the center of the pan, then 2 more breaking them as needed to fit around the top and bottom edges.
3. Spread a thick layer of Cool Whip using the remaining Cool Whip from the previous step over the graham crackers then top with a good layer of sliced strawberries.
