Description
Enjoy this wonderful Italian dessert without all of the hassle of making cannolis. Just make this dip and enjoy it with your choice of dippers!
Ingredients
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. marscapone
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners'/powdered sugar plus a little for garnish
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips, saving some for garnish
- a little amaretto, to taste, optional
- fresh fruit, graham crackers or waffle cones for dipping
Steps
- Wrap the ricotta in cheese cloth; drain it for 24 hours or overnight.
- Mix ingredients together, saving some chocolate chips and powdered sugar for garnish.
- Serve with fresh fruit or graham crackers.
