Bacon Ranch Coleslaw
Description
The only cooking needed here is the bacon. Just combine the rest of the ingredients and you have a delicious salad.

16 oz. package shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
2 scallions, sliced
1/2 c. Ranch dressing

Cook bacon until crisp; drain on a paper towel; crumble.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss until evenly coated. Serve or cover and chill until ready to serve.
