Description

The only cooking needed here is the bacon. Just combine the rest of the ingredients and you have a delicious salad.

Ingredients

• 16 oz. package shredded coleslaw mix
• 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
• 2 scallions, sliced
• 1/2 c. Ranch dressing

Steps

1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on a paper towel; crumble.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss until evenly coated. Serve or cover and chill until ready to serve.
