Description
This is a beautiful dessert to serve and adds some fun to the meal. It looks much like Neapolitan ice cream but tastes so much better!
Ingredients
- Chocolate Layer:
- 1 1/2 t. butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. milk chocolate, melted and cooled
- Vanilla Layer:
- 8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- Strawberry Layer:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 T. strawberry extract (or raspberry extract)
- 8 - 10 drops red (gel) food coloring, optional
Steps
- Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil with foil hanging over all sides for easy removal later; grease foil with butter; set aside.
- Chocolate layer:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Beat in melted milk chocolate, which can be melted in the microwave. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
