Description

Ingredients

  • 1½ c. blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1 T. fresh mint leaves
  • 1 t. fresh lime juice, or to taste
  • 1 t. honey, or to taste
  • berries, for garnish if desired

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. You can also put the ingredients in a pitcher and blend with a hand immersion blender.
  2. Serves 2
