Enjoy this healthy drink for breakfast or a pick me up later in the day. It is so easy and beautiful too!
Ingredients
- 1½ c. blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 T. fresh mint leaves
- 1 t. fresh lime juice, or to taste
- 1 t. honey, or to taste
- berries, for garnish if desired
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds. You can also put the ingredients in a pitcher and blend with a hand immersion blender.
