Description
When you need a special appetizer or side dish, these crab-stuffed mushrooms will fill your needs. Just make sure that you have enough for everyone to have seconds!
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 3 T. seasoned dry bread crumbs (or Panko)
- 2 1/2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/8 c. scallions
- 6-1/2 oz. crabmeat or 1 c. frozen crabmeat, thawed
- 18 medium sized mushrooms, stems removed, wiped clean
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- In small bowl, blend mayo, bread crumbs, cheese, scallions and garlic; fold in crabmeat. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
- Place the filled mushroom caps on the baking sheet.
