Ingredients

2 stalks raw broccoli
1 medium head raw cauliflower
1/2 c. sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 large fresh tomato, chopped
1/2 large raw red onion, chopped
1 large can black olives, drained and cut in halves
1/2 c. low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. fat free Ranch dressing
