Everyone has heard of pineapple upside down cake, but how about strawberry upside down cake? It is just as good, and probably even better than the old favorite.

Ingredients

• 18 oz. yellow cake mix, batter prepared using ingredients as directed on package
• 2 c. crushed strawberries
• 6 oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello
• 3 c. mini marshmallows

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread crushed strawberries on the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan. Evenly Sprinkle the dry jello powder evenly over the strawberries; top with mini marshmallows.
3. Prepare the cake batter according to the directions on the box; spread evenly over the marshmallows and strawberries.
