Make this amazing appetizer the next time that you have a special gathering. It is easy and so good!

Ingredients

• 1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat, shell free
• 1 c. grated Pepper Jack cheese
• 3/4 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 c. green onions or 1 large shallot, thinly sliced
• 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
• 6 roasted garlic cloves or 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 T. freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
• 1 t. hot pepper sauce, optional
• 1/2 t. dry mustard
• salt, to taste
• freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except for the bread crumbs in a baking dish. Gently stir until mixed. Top with the bread crumbs.
3. Bake 40 minutes.
