Description

There is not much to do when making this simple cake, but the results are a delicious cake that everyone will rave about.

Ingredients

• 2 c. sugar
• 2 c. flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1 t. vanilla
• 16 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
• icing:
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. evaporated milk
• 1 c. coconut
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 t. vanilla

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place first 6 ingredients in a bowl; mix until blended with a fork or a spoon. Pour into 13×9 inch cake pan.
3. Bake 35-40 minutes.
