Ingredients

  • 7 oz. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 5 T. unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 oz. white chocolate
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 3 oz. raspberries, rinsed and dried

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly butter a 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Combine crushed wafers and butter until thoroughly mixed; press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  3. Bake 12 - 15 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and dry; set aside to cool.
