Description
Serve these Cauliflower bites the same way that you serve fried mushrooms or fried pickles. They make a delicious appetizer, snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 cup Panko Japanese bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. Creole Seasoning
- 4 c. cauliflower florets
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Ranch dressing or favorite dipping sauce, if desired
Steps
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine Panko, Parmesan cheese and Creole seasoning; set aside.
- Working in batches, dredge cauliflower first in flour, next dip into eggs, then dredge in Panko mixture, pressing firmly to coat.
