This easy to make dessert will delight coconut lovers. Make with flour, cream cheese, butter and pinepple and other ingredients, then top with coconut. Yum!
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
16 oz. cream cheese
4 T. sugar
4 T. milk
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
16 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. flaked coconut
2 T. melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, sugar and butter. Pat mixture into ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Bake 14-19 minutes; cool a little while.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, milk and eggs. Fold in vanilla, and drained pineapple. Spread over baked crust.
Combine coconut and melted butter. Sprinkle over pineapple layer filling. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Cut into bars, serve and enjoy.
