If you want a delicious dessert, but don't want a lot of work, make this brownie refrigerator cake.
1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients to make it according to directions
1 extra large egg
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2- 8 oz. whipped topping
3 oz. package instant chocolate pudding
3 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding
3½ c. milk
1 Hershey milk chocolate candy bar or chocolate syrup
Mix brownies according to directions; add the egg. Bake in a brownie pan. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 container whipped topping. Put this mixture on top of the cooled brownies.
Blend puddings and milk together; put on top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with another layer of whipped topping.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate syrup on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Refrigerate any left overs.
