Grape Salad

Description

This salad is easy and so good. You can make it last minute or prepare ahead of time for parties.

Ingredients

2 lb. seedless green grapes
2 lb. seedless purple grapes
8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz. container sour cream
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Wash grapes and dry with paper towels.

Place dry grapes in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well with an electric mixer.

Pour mixture over grapes; toss together until all grapes are coated.Place in the refrigerator to chill.

Just before serving, garnish with the brown sugar and pecans. Refrigerate any leftovers.
