You can serve this great butter at home on your warm rolls, French toast, pancakes and waffles, and even veggies!
1⁄2 c. sweet salted creamy butter, softened
1⁄3 c. powdered sugar
1 t. ground cinnamon
**several T. honey, if desired
In a small bowl, using a hand mixer, whip butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar, blend. Blend in cinnamon.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for later.
If refrigerating, let sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving, for easy spreading.
