Everyone loves Olive Garden's salad. It just tastes so fresh! Look for a copycat Olive Garden salad dressing to finish this great recipe.
12 oz. bag iceberg garden salad
1⁄4 small red onion, thinly sliced
matchstick carrots, to taste
8 -12 black olives, pitted
6 pepperoncini peppers
2 small Roma tomatoes, sliced
1⁄2 c. croutons

freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Wash, drain and pat dry the bagged salad.
In a large salad bowl, toss together the lettuce mix, onion slices, olives, carrots, pepperoncini, tomatoes, and croutons.
Add dressing; toss to combine.
Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired.
