Everyone loves Olive Garden's salad. It just tastes so fresh! Look for a copycat Olive Garden salad dressing to finish this great recipe.

Ingredients

• 12 oz. bag iceberg garden salad
• 1⁄4 small red onion, thinly sliced
• matchstick carrots, to taste
• 8 -12 black olives, pitted
• 6 pepperoncini peppers
• 2 small Roma tomatoes, sliced
• 1⁄2 c. croutons
• copycat recipe for Olive Garden's House Dressing
• freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Steps

1. Wash, drain and pat dry the bagged salad.
2. In a large salad bowl, toss together the lettuce mix, onion slices, olives, carrots, pepperoncini, tomatoes, and croutons.
3. Add dressing; toss to combine.
