Cheesecake is a year round dessert. S'Mores are usually enjoyed in the cooler months around a campfire. Put cheesecake and S'More together in your kitchen and you will be able to enjoy it anytime, anywhere.
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 T. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. jar hot fudge
6 fun-size Hershey candy bars, broken in half, for the topping
6 individual graham cracker sticks, broken in half, for the topping
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and butter until well blended; press into the bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Spoon ¾ cup heated hot fudge evenly over crusts.
Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in a small bowl with a mixer until well blended. Spoon into the muffin cups; top with marshmallows.
Drizzle with hot fudge; put a graham cracker stick and a piece of Hershey's chocolate candy bar in each one.
Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
