Description

This year, make your fudge a little different. Instead of chocolate, do peanut butter! Your peanut butter lovers will be glad that you did!

Ingredients

• 3 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2/3 c. evaporated milk
• 1 2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
• 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• non-stick cooking spray

Steps

1. Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with aluminum foil; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine sugar, butter and milk in large saucepan, stirring constantly on medium heat, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
3. Ad peanut butter; stir until well blended. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla; beat until well blended.
