These meat and cheese fill rolls make a wonderful appetizer for your special gathering. They even make a great breakfast! They only have 3 ingredients and are so simple to make!
16 oz. roll breakfast sausage
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 - 8 z. tubes Crescent Rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Cook breakfast sausage until golden brown; drain off fat. Set aside to cool.
After sausage has cooled, combine it with the cream cheese.
Unroll crescent dough and place 1 heaping T. filling on each triangle on the widest end, then roll up starting at the widest end towards the point.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake about 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
