Make a fantastic dessert in no time at all. You may already have many of the ingredients needed in your pantry and there is no baking required.
20 chocolate cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
2 T. butter, softened
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, divided
16 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
15 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped
1 c. cold milk
3.9 oz. package instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
Crush 16 cookies, (set 4 aside for later); toss crushed cookies with the butter; press into an ungreased 9 inch square dish; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 c. powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping; spread over crust; sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
In another large bowl, beat milk, pudding mix and remaining powdered sugar on low speed for 2 minutes; let stand 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Spread over peanut butter cups.
Crush remaining 4 cookies; sprinkle over the top. Cover; chill for at least 3 hours.
